Jessica brings over two decades of experience leading zero-to-one innovation, building scalable data infrastructures, and building cross-functional teams. Her work spans AI, machine learning, and product strategy at the intersection of data, human behavior, and systems design.

With a background in anthropology, statistics, design, psychology, and business, Jessica approaches climate adaptation through both a human and technological lens. She founded Haven to apply her expertise to one of the world’s most urgent challenges—creating adaptive, AI-powered tools that help individuals and communities navigate climate risk with clarity and confidence.
